The 4-alarmer destroyed the Arco Sales Company on Wakeling Street near Aramingo Avenue in December of 2012.
Authorities say 30-year-old James Pickup and 20-year- old Shawn Workman set the fire to cover a burglary at the business.
Officials say the pair stole alcohol and computer equipment.
They face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
Arco manufactured and sold renewable and non-renewable aircraft, missile components and other naval items to federal government agencies throughout the United States.
