Police were called to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Orthodox Street in Frankford around 1:00 a.m. Monday.
The man suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
He rushed to the hospital but was able to speak to authorities.
The victim told police he was shot at one location and dropped off where they found him.
Police are searching for a suspect.
