The crash happened around 12:30 a.m. on the 1000 block of Spruce Street.
Three people were sent to the hospital after their vehicle smashed into a parked van.
The accident caused a chain reaction which sent the van into another vehicle.
Police say a male driver and two female passengers were injured.
The driver is being tested for DUI and is in stable condition.
One woman suffered a broken ankle. No word on the second woman's injuries.
Both are in stable condition.
So far, there have been no charges filed.
