The accident happened at 7:45 a.m. Friday on Paoli Pike near the on-ramps to Route 202 in West Goshen.
Police say a truck struck the Route 202 overpass and flipped on its side.
Images from Chopper 6 HD showed the large, multi-wheeled vehicle lying on its side.
Two large hydraulic jacks appeared to be damaged and were extending from the rear of the truck.
Another truck was on the scene preparing to right the overturned vehicle.
Police tell Action News one injured person was being evaluated at the scene.
Engineers were called to inspect the Route 202 overpass for damage.
Paoli Pike was closed for a short period before reopening to motorists.
