The stabbing happened across from SEPTA's Frankford Transportation Center in the 4700 block of Frankford Avenue around 1 a.m. Sunday.
The victim was stabbed several times in the stomach, police said.
There was no immediate word on a motive in the stabbing.
The name of the victim has not been released.
