The fire broke out around 1:30 a.m. at the House of Cupcakes on the unit block of Witherspoon Street.
Firefighters arrived to flames on the first floor of the building.
One fighter was evaluated for a minor injured.
Crews checked the neighboring stores for damage.
The House of Cupcakes was the top prize winner in the Food Network's "Cupcake Wars" three years ago. So far, there is no word on what sparked the blaze.
