It was around 1:00 p.m. Monday when police responded to the 7300 block of Garman Street.
Arriving officers found a 23-year-old man shot multiple times inside a car.
The victim was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was pronounced dead.
No arrest have been made.
