It happened around 9:00 Tuesday evening at a building on the intersection of Route 1 and Brinton Lake Road.
Arriving crews reported flames coming from the roof.
The building, believed to be vacant, sustained substantial damage.
No injuries were reported.
The Fire Marshal is investigating.
