The accident occurred around 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Academy Road and Linden Avenue.
According to police, a driver lost control of his vehicle then crashed into a parked car.
They say the driver was injured and got out of the car to flee the scene.
Police were able to apprehend him nearby.
So far, there is no word on the driver's condition or why he tried to flee.
The crash is under investigation.
