WEST PHILADELPHIA - March 30, 2014 --
A 12-inch water main break left several homes without water in West Philadelphia.It happened Sunday afternoon near the intersection of 62nd and Race streets.
Crews were already working at the site when the break occurred.
Authorities say there was also gas leak and several homes were briefly evacuated.
Approximately 25 homes were without water as crews worked to repair the main.
No word on what caused the break.
