It happened around 3:15 Monday afternoon on the unit block of Montgomery Drive.
PECO crews were called to the scene and the leak has been secured.
No injuries were reported and area residents were evacuated as a precaution. Residents have since been allowed back into their homes.
No word what caused the vehicle to crash.
