Rodriguez faces a single charge of criminal homicide in the Feb. 9, 2013, shooting death of 33-year-old Damien Robinson at the now-closed Eddie G's bar in Easton.
A Northampton County grand jury report issued last week alleges Rodriguez is a member of a Brooklyn-based gang called the Very Crispy Gangsters.
Court records indicate Rodriguez is currently in custody in the Otis Bantum Correctional Center on Rikers Island.
Easton police Lt. Matthew Gerould would not comment on any motive or details in the case.
