It happened at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday on the eastbound side of bridge.
Authorities tell Action News a taxi minivan and 2 other vehicles collided.
Four people were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. There was no immediate word on the extent of their injuries.
Traffic was delayed on both sides of the bridge as crews worked to transport the injured and clear the wreckage.
