Police: 4 arrests after man forcibly tattooed

MAYFAIR - April 2, 2014

Officers were called to the 3100 block of Tyson Avenue at 9:06 a.m. on Tuesday after the victim called 911.

The victim, a 52-year-old man, allegedly told police he had been held captive inside a home in the 3100 block of Brighton Street, where he lived with some of the suspects.

According to police, the victim claimed he was assaulted and tattooed against his will.

Police say the tattoos were of "inappropriate racial and sexual terms and images."

The victim also had severely bruised and swollen hands along with bruises to the eyes, legs, ribs and torso.

The victim said his debit card was also stolen.

He went on to tell police that he escaped the home after the suspects fell asleep on Tuesday morning.

Officers went to the home, found the suspects still sleeping, and took them in to custody.

Police say a search warrant was executed and officers found 155 grams of marijuana, the victim's debit card, several prescription bottles containing alleged Xanax and Oxycodone, various tattoo ink bottles, a tattoo station, and various tattoo paraphernalia items including tattoo needles and a tattoo gun.

Investigators said the home is a known nuisance property. Police have been called to the address 20 times over the past several years.

The suspects were identified as:

-Corry "Corey" Campbell, 20 year old male, 3100 block of Brighton Street

-Sandra Ng, 19 year old female, 3100 block of Brighton Street

-Jennifer Pratt, 29 year old female, 3100 block of Brighton Street

-David Thomas, 27 year old male, 93800 block of Jamison Street
