It happened around 10:00 Thursday night at the intersection of Columbus Boulevard and Race Street.
Authorities say the driver of one of the vehicles, a man in his 20s, was taken to Hahnemann Hospital. His condition is unknown.
The driver of the other vehicles, a woman in her 30s, was taken to Jefferson Medical Center with critical injuries.
The cause of the crash is not yet known. Police continue to investigate.
