FDA approves Grastek tablet for grass allergy

The government has Ok'd another new allergy pill, the second in a week that's an alternative to allergy shots.

Grastek is being sold by Merck.

It, and Oralair, which was approved by the FDA last week, prime the immune system so that it doesn't react to allergy triggers.

Grastek works against timothy grass - a big cause of allergy miseries.

And it can be used by kids as young as 5.

It goes on sale at the end of the month.
