The birds have been nesting in front of a traffic camera on Maryland's Bay Bridge.
A crew from the Maryland Transportation Authority tried moving the nest.
But yesterday, the birds and nest were back in the same spot.
A local radio station reports that workers have again removed the ospreys' nest.
Transportation officials say they got the OK from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service before evicting the ospreys.
The nest didn't have any eggs or baby birds in it.
