Amtrak spokeswoman Vernae Graham says service between Baltimore and Philadelphia was suspended and later delayed for hours Tuesday morning.
But downed power lines near Perryville, Md., have been repaired.
Travelers should still expect delays, but Graham says they were expected to gradually diminish through the morning.
