It happened around 5:00 Thursday afternoon at 40th Street and Girard Avenue.
SEPTA officials say a Route 15 bus was involved in the accident.
Eight people were taken to area hospitals for what appear to be minor injuries.
No word what caused the crash. Police continue to investigate.
