Woman gives birth to back-to-back sets of twins

A California mom is leading a double life, but it's not what you think.

Elizabeth Cervantes just had her second set of twins in a row!

Lucy and Louis arrived Tuesday, joining 3 boys at home - including fraternal twins Roman and Robert.

Cervantes learned she was having more twins around April fool's day and at first thought it was a joke.

It only happens once in 70-thousand births.

Even the doctor had never seen it before.

"So yeah, it's pretty rare, and I really didn't think that was possible," Cervantes said.

But the odds were probably a lot bigger in this family.

New dad Ruben has two sets of fraternal twins on his side of the family and Cervantes's cousin has identical 6 year-olds.

The new mom says she's thrilled that after 4 boys, she finally has a girl.
