Car theft suspects spotted on surveillance

NEW CASTLE, Del. (WPVI) -- New Castle County police need help identifying two suspects.

Investigators were called to the Castlebrook Apartments in the 500 block of South Dupont Highway on Monday for a report of a vehicle theft.

The two suspects were spotted on surveillance cameras walking through the complex.
