ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Officials say the death of a 3-year-old girl who fell from a four story window in Allentown has been ruled an accident.

It happened around 7:50 p.m. Friday at an apartment in the 700 block of Turner Street.

A woman walking her dog says she saw two girls fall with a window screen onto the sidewalk.

3-year-old Tamara Arnette and her 5-year-old sister were rushed to Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest Hospital.

Tamara was pronounced dead just before 8:30 p.m. Her sister remains in critical condition.

An autopsy performed Saturday morning revealed that Tamara died from multiple blunt force injuries. Her death was ruled accidental.

No word who was home with the children when the incident occurred.
