2 men injured in Newark, Del. shooting

NEWARK, Del. -- Police are investigating after two men were injured after a shooting in Newark, Delaware.

The shootings happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Vinings Way.

Investigators say arriving officers found two 18-year-old men with gunshot wounds. One of the victims is from New Castle and the other is from Newark.

Officials have not released their identities.

Both victims were taken to the hospital. Their conditions have not been released.
