Philadelphia 76ers sign Elton Brand

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia 76ers have signed Elton Brand.

The team announced Wednesday they have agreed to terms with the free agent forward.

Brand signed with the 76ers on January 4, 2016 after originally spending four seasons in Philadelphia from 2008-2012.

A two-time NBA All-Star, Brand was the first overall pick in the 1999 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls and was named Rookie of the Year.
