Fire rips though store and apartment above in Hunting Park

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A fire damaged a store and an apartment in the Hunting Park section of the city Thursday morning.

It happened around 4:45 a.m. on the 100 block of West Tioga Street.

Flames were burning through the first and second floors of the building when firefighters arrived.

The fire was placed under control in about 30 minutes.

There were no reports of any injuries.
