Raspberry Chia Pudding

1 cup milk or almond milk

1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

2 to 3 tablespoons of honey

1/3 cup Chia Seeds

*Blend milk, raspberries and honey in a blender until smooth. Put mixture in a bowl and mix in chia seeds and refrigerate and enjoy!

No Bake Snaque Apple Crisp

1 apple shopped

A couple squirts of honey

A dash of cinnamon

cup of 'The Perfect Snaque' Cinnamon Apple Quinoa Crunch

*Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
