HAMMONTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A fast-moving fire destroyed a family home in Hammonton, New Jersey.
It happened around 5:15 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of 1st Avenue.
Arriving firefighters were met with heavy flames coming from a two story home.
A second alarm was sounded within minutes.
It took crews more than an hour to bring the fire under control.
A family of five was left displaced. The Red Cross is assisting those residents.
Fortunately there were no injuries.
No word what sparked the blaze.
