VIDEO: 30 minutes of exercise not enough
You've probably heard 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day would significantly help your heart.

You've probably heard 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day would significantly help your heart. But, a new analysis shows that's not enough.

According to the American Heart Association, 30 minutes a day gives you a moderate decrease in the risk for heart failure.

But people who do twice as much dropped their risk by 20% and getting three times as much or 90 minutes translated to a 35% lower risk.

This applies to all ages, genders, and races.

But that said, if you don't have an hour to exercise, don't think you're better off to skip it altogether because some is still better than none.
