There is more positive news about the Mediterranean diet.



A new study found it, and another version of it called the mind diet are the best when it comes to protecting the brain from age-related thinking problems.



The Mediterranean diet includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, fish and olive oil.
