Suspects steal $4,000 in West Philadelphia armed home invasion

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Four men are being sought in connection with an armed home invasion in West Philadelphia.

It happened around 7:00 p.m. Friday along the 5800 block of Spruce Street.

Police say four men, one armed, forced their way inside the home.

They robbed a male resident of $4,000.

The men were last seen running eastbound on Spruce from 58th Street.

No injuries were reported.
