Residents escape flames inside Strawberry Mansion house

STRAWBERRY MANSION (WPVI) -- Residents escaped a fire inside a house in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion section early Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out just before 2:00 a.m. on the 2000 block of North Woodstock Street.

Crews arrived to flames showing from the second floor bedroom areas.

All the occupants were able to get out safely.

It took firefighters about fifteen minutes to get the blaze under control.

There were no injuries reported.

So far, there is no word on what sparked the blaze.
