KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- A Kensington mother of three vanished two years ago and still hasn't been found. Now a reward is being offered for information on her whereabouts.

Bob and Sue Primavera are desperate to find their daughter, Jill.

"She's always called, she's never felt she couldn't call," said Bob, father.

The then 28-year-old was last seen on Thursday, April 12th, 2012.

She was talking to a friend at the intersection of A Street and East Allegheny Avenue in Philadelphia's Kensington section.

The Primavera family grew concerned when the first holiday passed with no contact from Jill.

"Soon as the first Mother's Day or birthday passed and we didn't hear from her, that seemed suspicious to us," said Bob.

"There's some leads but there's nothing definite yet," said Sue, mother.

When asked how their daughter's 7-year-old, 5-year-old and 2 - year old girls are handling it, Bob breaks down.

Jill is described as a white female, 5' 5" and about 140 pounds. At the time of her disappearance she had blonde hair with red highlights.

She also has a couple of tattoos, one on her right arm is a picture of Jesus and on the back of her neck is a flower that reads "Gina Grand Mom".

"We're hoping to find her and have her three daughters have a mother," said Bob.

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $2,500 reward for information on the whereabouts of Jill Primavera.

"Just pick up the phone, call the tip line, 546-TIPS, you remain anonymous, and let's find Jill so they have some sort of closure in their life," said Santo Montecalvo, Citizens Crime Commission.

Tips can be called in to 215-546-TIPS (8477) and all calls will remain anonymous.
