Charter School of New Castle "Suit Up Show Up" program

NEW CASTLE, Del. (WPVI) -- This was the scene in Delaware Tuesday morning as students at the Charter School of New Castle arrived to school for the first day of class, with the support of local role models and mentors.

It's all a part of the Suit Up Show Up program, which allows local professionals to share their stories with students and help the students see what they can achieve.

The same program was held at Wilmington's East Side Charter School.
