Man shot during armed robbery in Logan

LOGAN (WPVI) -- A man was shot during an armed robbery in the Logan section of Philadelphia.

The incident happened around 6:06 p.m. Sunday in the 5100 block of Hutchinson Street.

Police say a 44-year-old man was approached by two men in their 20s, was told to get on the ground face down and toss his wallet.

After complying with their demands, police say the man was shot once in the upper left thigh.

He was rushed to Einstein Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made, and no weapon has been recovered.
