Main Line woman charged with theft, fortune telling

DEVON, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Main Line woman is facing charges after an investigation into her alleged spiritual reading and meditation services.

36-year-old Semeinta Siganoff of Devon is charged with theft by deception and fortune telling.

Siganoff came to the attention of Tredyffrin Township police after an alleged client of hers reported that between February and December of 2014 they paid over $24,000 for spiritual readings, meditation services and other life improvement promises.

The victim claims that each time they would visit Siganoff at her business on the 700 block of Lancaster Avenue, the fees would increase.

After a police investigation Siganoff was arrested and charged.
