Philadelphia police search for missing 13-year-old girl

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help in locating 13-year-old Kayla Wooten.

She was last seen around 7 a.m. Tuesday at her residence on the 1700 block of Newkirk Street.

Kayla is described as 4 feet 8 inches, 140 pounds, with a medium build, brown eyes, dark-brown complexion and black, braided, shoulder-length hair.

She was last seen wearing a white, collared shirt, khaki pants and black sneakers.
