READING, Pa. (WPVI) -- A major drug ring operating in Berks County is now out of business.
Authorities announced the arrest of 48 people during an undercover investigation known as "Operation Tourniquet".
Photos were released Tuesday for dozens of the suspects.
Berks County authorities say the drug network sold heroin, cocaine, meth, marijuana and prescription meds throughout the county.
Mid to low-level dealers and users were taken into custody during raids Tuesday morning.
In addition to the drugs, detectives also seized assault rifles, shotguns and other semi-automatic weapons.
