Steak shop burglarized in North Philadelphia

Police are looking for a suspect who burglarized a steak shop in North Philadelphia last week.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are looking for a suspect who burglarized a steak shop in North Philadelphia last week.

It happened on August 20 at Larry's Steaks on the 900 block of West Girard Avenue.

Surveillance cameras caught the burglar shattering the front door to the restaurant around 4:30 a.m.

Once inside, he steals two cash registers containing an unknown amount of cash before fleeing in an unknown direction.

Police describe the suspect as a light complected man of unknown race, balding with a light beard. He appears to have tattoos on both forearms and was wearing a t-shirt with lettering on the back and shorts.
