NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the person responsible for shooting a man 10 times in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 11:15 p.m. outside a bar along the 2400 block of Germantown Avenue.
The victim received a text while inside the bar. When he walked outside, police say he was targeted and shot.
Officers responding to the scene, rushed the man to Temple University Hospital.
He is listed in critical condition.
Investigators are working to see if the text he received and surveillance cameras will provide clues.
