Philadelphia Police say they are questioning three men after a dying man gave them clues about the people who robbed and shot him.

It happened before 9:40 p.m. Monday at 59th and Market Streets in West Philadelphia.

Officers arrived to find a 29-year-old man with a two gunshot wounds lying the street under the Market Street El.

His wounds turned out to be fatal.

But before medics rushed him to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, the victim was able to speak to police.

He gave descriptions of three men who jumped, robbed and shot him, then drove off in a white mini-van.

Officers later found a white mini-van nearby with the keys still in it.

Police say witnesses led them to three men seen leaving that van and entering a nearby building.

Those men, described as persons of interest, are now being questioned.

Investigators are also looking at surveillance video from several cameras in the area.

No suspects have been charged.
