PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia Police and the FBI are looking for a bank robber with a distinctive neck tattoo.
The robbery happened at the PNC Bank at 2401 Welsh Road at 3:27 p.m. Thursday.
Investigators say the man handed the teller a demand note, obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot.
He is described as a white male, about 26 to 30 years old standing six feet tall with a thin build. He has black hair and a close-cropped beard and mustache.
Investigators also noted the large tattoo on the back of his neck, which was partially visible in surveillance photos.
He wore a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and a set of white earbuds.
