Man shot, killed in North Philly apartment building

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating why a man was shot dead in an apartment building in North Philadelphia overnight.

It happened around 3 a.m. on North 15th Street on a third floor unit.

Police say a 21-year-old man was shot in the torso and pronounced dead at the scene.

A second man was arrested, and a weapon was recovered.
