Person struck and killed on Route 13 in Bristol Township

BRISTOL TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the death of a person who was struck and killed by a vehicle in Bristol Township, Bucks County.

It happened at 3:40 a.m. Saturday on Route 13 South near Beaver Dam Road.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Action News is told the driver of the striking vehicle did stop and is talking with investigators.

There has been no word if any charges will be filed.
