1 dead after car, van collide in Southwest Philadelphia

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One person is dead after a crash in Southwest Philadelphia.

It happened at 61st Street and Passyunk Avenue around 2:30 p.m. Monday.

The crash involved a van and a car.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause.
