Philadelphia police officer hurt in crash

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia police officer is recovering from being hurt in a crash Monday night.

The officer was on his motorcycle when it happened along West River Drive in Fairmount Park around 10:30 p.m.

Police have not detailed what exactly happened.

Officials said the officer's injuries are not life-threatening.
