Woman shot in the back in West Kensington

WEST KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- A woman was shot in the back on Monday in the West Kensington section of Philadelphia.

The shooting happened around 4:25 p.m. in the 100 block of West Wishart Street.

The victim was rushed to the hospital.

There has been no word on her condition.

It is also not known if she was the intended target or if she was hit by a stray bullet.
