Man, woman found dead in Del. shopping center parking lot

CLAYMONT, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police are investigating the deaths of a man and woman discovered in a shopping center parking lot in Claymont.

The Action Cam was along the 600 block of Naamans Road shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday.

There a passerby discovered a man lying outside a parked vehicle unconscious, police say.

That person notified police who, upon arrival, discovered a woman inside the vehicle.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.

Officials surmise the man and woman has been dead several hours before being discovered.

Police are investigating.
