GSK Impact Awards

South Philadelphia (WPVI) -- Some local non-profits were honored Monday for contributing to a healthier Philadelphia.

The annual GSK Impact Awards ceremony took place at the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia.

Ten healthcare non-profits were recognized for programs that make communities across the city healthier and safer.

Each recipient received $40,000 in funding.
