SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have released the identity of a man who was gunned down while sitting in his car in Southwest Philadelphia.
It happened around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 2100 block of South 60th Street.
Police say they found 23-year-old Kyrell Tyler, of the 2400 South Edgewodd Street, shot in the neck, head, and chest.
They rushed Tyler to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, but he died a short time later.
Police haven't said who killed him or why.
