Taco Bell worker groped by customer in drive-thru, police say

BRADENTON, Fla. (WPVI) -- A Florida man is facing charges for grabbing more than what he ordered at a Taco Bell.

According to a police report, Philip Guerrero, 38, had ordered food at the drive-thru around 2am Saturday.

He then drove up to the drive-thru window where a female Taco Bell employee took his money.

Police say when the employee turned around to get his food, Guerrero "exited from his vehicle and reached inside of the window and grabbed the victim's left butt cheek."

The Taco Bell worker called police and Guerrero was arrested on simple battery charges.

He's due in court next month.
